if he is, its not by much. and regardless, neither is nothing more than depth at this point, so does it really matter which of the 2 it is? Jalen Mills was a good player for us, a versatile player. That's worth a lot more than a warm body. Green hair bothers people, I know...

Green goblin is gone and should be He's better than screaming Jay Hawkins. I don’t remember watching JayLinn in any games, but this is one time I’ll go with the Wolf.

He's better than screaming Jay Hawkins. I don’t remember watching JayLinn in any games, but this is one time I’ll go with the Wolf. Well ... That is probably because last year if you blinked while watching one of his team's games you probably missed him. In Atlanta he played a total of 29 defensive snaps and 125 ST snaps, through six games. He was then cut, claimed by LAC and played the last 10 games with 108 defensive snaps and 126 ST snaps. He had 6 solo and 8 assisted tackles and 1 pass defensed.
What has struck me in this FA period is the lack of confidence in the outside signings - with the exception of Gibson and his 3 year deal (really 2 years with a $1M dead cap if they move on) and Takitaki with a 2 year deal (really 1 year with a $1M dead cap if they move on) they are signing 1 year generally low money deals. It seems they don't know what they want, don't want to spend money, don't want to be competitive, or can't see any value in the FA market. And while they signed the top of their own FAs, they are in the process of losing 10+ significant contributers (40% of snaps or more) plus their long term ST captain.
To me, the only outside signing that isn't a JAG is (maybe) Osborn who sort of duplicates what they already have in the receiver room and is on a 1 year deal. The 'big money' was for Brissett who is a nice guy and the 'stability' for the QB room - setting the floor for starting QB at a mediocre level. The rest of the signings will have a hard time maintaining the quality of those they are replacing.

Agree entirely... They started out strong bringing all of their best free agents back, now they're sitting on their hands. They also signed a few guys who could have been money better spent elsewhere and lack overall athleticism. They'd better draft extremely well.

Agree Woz…it’s never good enough It's not good enough with the most cap space available and them paying stiffs like Okorafor instead of good tackles who could actually play left tackle. More bologna sandwiches for this team.

Maybe saving monies for signing draftees, extending Barmore, trading for expensive fa wr.

Still early in the collaborative's regime in my humble estimation. I would agree that they seem to be cautious, at least initially, but I would prefer that than the other extreme.
Retaining Onwenu and Henry were good moves. Transition tag on Dugger was interesting; we'll see how that goes.

This is how you tank. Again. No tanking…offense is better already…defense is going to be good or better than last year…..draft will upgrade offense even more

Third is WR or 1 more big difference maker at skilled offensive position. Without a stud LT the offense will be very shaky.

will Shadeur Sanders be a better NFL QB than Daniels or Maye? I wasn’t impressed by him at all last season. He came into Pullman for a night game in November and played like shit. Looked like he had no interest in being there.

Thought he played really well last year, but Pats had too many short CBs that excel in the slot to pay him what he probably got from the Texans just to back up Marcus and Jonathan Jones.

I wasn’t wowed by him. He was ok for college. I don’t think he is as good as this years crop.
