what words are you referring to....you should read for comprehension before commenting Don't try to cover HRC with " they all do it" HRC IS A FELON...anybody that says otherwise is a liar. WHY WASN'T HRC PLACED UNDER OATH BY THE FBI WHEN BEING INTERVIEWED??? See if you can answer that ? See my earlier post (yesterday) for the answer!!!! "they all do it" is standard operating procedure...just like HRC said "all Secretary of States" use their own, personal email addresses. She and Bubba are felons. I don't like either and it is mainly tied to their use of the Clinton Foundation as a play for pay scheme. To suck in tens of millions of dollars, use her position as SoS, and reward certain Clinton Foundation members or contributors with fat contracts. See The Russian Uranium and Haitian gold mine scandal as 2 shiny examples. She is a crooked as the day is long. If this charge gets dismissed I don't know how I'm going to feel. Follow the money.

Why don't you go to hell? You support an evil group of people that started this whole non-scandal on a bunch of lies out of spite and petty vindictiveness, that carries over to you and all your redneck, moron buddies in Colt shirts. I can't wait to start taking my anger out on an unsuspecting Colts fan one of these days. Lets have some fun but lets not get carried away here. I guess I should be Congratulatory. They won, they worked very hard to try to ruin something that was pretty special to me, at any cost, not even caring for the truth or a fair process. I followed the Patriots for 44 years, some down years, some not, waiting 28 years for someone like Brady and now they've won at trying to take away his dignity and they can laugh at about it and celebrate. I won't, it's been a very big letdown to me on not only what has happened to Brady and the Patriots but how I feel towards the majority of people in my country that are clearly petty, vindictive and ignorant and the justice system we are supposed to rely on. so, some pretty important things to me are now all a joke. I'm pretty upset, but I'll be walking away from the NFL with a bad taste in my mouth, but I guess I'll have more free time in the fall, and maybe that will be a blessing in disguise. Congrats UD6, you and your gang won!

I've been a Pats fan for 46 Years and the screw job that was setup by the Colts and Ravens organizations have sucked all of whatever respect that I had left for the NFL. I am holding out for the longest of longshots regarding Brady but regardless if it doesn't work out, I'll be rooting for Jimmy G and the Pats on opening night. I think the main difference for me is that when it comes to other games not involving the Patriots, I could care less other than hoping that the Colts, Ravens and Jets are battling for the Number 1 Draft Choice at the end of the season because of their Piss Poor Records. As we've discussed here before, Mark Cuban was correct when he intimated that the NFL are pigs in their obsessive desire and greed to expand and grow will eventually be their undoing. Whether this happens in our lifetimes or not remains to be seen. They already have agreements in place for the Rams and 49rs to play regular season games in China in 2018 plus the games that are currently scheduled for London. These past 15 months or so have pretty much wore me out so I think I know how you must feel.

You see it as a labor issue. The rest of the world sees it as deflating footballs. The political types (including judges) don't see this as losing them votes so they don't give a shit. It is a labor case, that will impact future labor cases. Ginsberg won't want be seen as the cause of adversely affecting future labor decisions. Protecting labor laws and women's rights are two area she's been very active in. She's not likely to turn her back on either because it screws another person on the other side.
She will probably kick the can down the road for the whole SCOTUS to hear.
Of course it's a labor issue. I simply noted how the average person sees it. Your faith in the fidelity of RBG far exceeds mine. Her latest remarks about politics are reprehensible when one considers the SCOTUS is supposed to at least pretend to have no bias.

Do we want all the justices out stumping for their party? I say no, but if RBG wants to start this shit; so be it.

1. The x FBI guy I was referring to is a walking personification of the John Wayne version of the American flag. If you knew him you would not be using those words 2. Comey words, and his findings, while critical of HRC, described why he did not recommend prosecution. We can all hold views on the matter. ANd on Comey. But from what I have heard he is his own man enough to have done what he thought he should. 3. Personally, I think HRC is just ONE example of the "fix" we all, left, right and center, are angry about. That politicians and big corporate from the banks to insurance to energy to everywhere all are protected by power. HRC is no different that way than those many, many big and small criminals who have been in that bastion of the underworld we often call Congress. So in my own personal view I appreciate the point you make. But it is not HRC or left or right. It is all of the above. If you think of it as a sort of Invasion of the Body Snatchers... there is no more us and them... everyone is a monster! I would not be using what words? Comey has ties to the Clinton machine as well. He's been there all along in varying capacities. Do the math. He's not "his own guy" as some may think. She is different. She wants to be President. She needs to be honestly and openly vetted like Trump. None of this 2008 crap where the media didn't do any vetting on a certain community organizer from Chicago. That is the media's job. They are deliquent because they are part of the machine. "not be using those words" was meant to refer to the FBI guy I know. Not Comey. I do not know him. I was merely expressing how strongly I believe people would respect this guy as a strong old time FBI guy and a strong conservative. Not that everyone would agree with his conservative politics but they would give him his creds and his integrity.

If Brady is going to be suspended and miss some games this season, it's better that it happens in the beginning of the season and not during the season. And it better damn well not happen in November, I already have our tickets to the Patriots vs 49'ers game!!

Okay then congrats to the cheaters who manipulated the system, results and media so the Patriots were found guilty of being suspected of committing a misdemeanor. Thanks to the PA for being wimps on Article 46. And why oh why did the Colts balls not follow the IGL? And why oh why was their equipment man seen with needles on their sidelines MULTIPLE times?

Goodell, the NFL and all those jealous owners are laughing all the way to the bank knowing they can accuse anyone of anything and not need to prove it, too! Think of it! Just for "possibly knowing" someone may have tampered with the footballs, Brady is suspended 4 games while players with drug, domestic and other law issues get less. This is all over the PSI of footballs and the "integrity" of the game and they point to one game at that!! The fact the NFL dropped this hammer on the Patriots without warning, accusing before any facts and investigation was complete is a complete sign of a fix steered by some jealous owners and the former NY Jets employee, Roger Goodell.

No, I want to be civil, they won, they got everything they wanted, they destroyed honesty and truth, fairness and justice which I held precious, I don't want to be a sore loser and claim that what they wanted is bad. That's their belief, it doesn't match mine, I don't care any more and I'm done.

This is a red letter day for some Pats followers. Look at it this way: if the Pats don't go undefeated during the suspension, it is more evidence that the Pats dynasty was pure Brady. The owners believe this as much. Why do you think they kept the pedal to the metal with Goodell pushing all the way to keep Brady suspended for the first 4 games of the season for such a trivial matter, an unproven one at that? It is their belief a possible 1 - 3 start, even 2 - 2, will put the Pats in a hole and miss the playoffs. That is the goal. Keep the Pats out of the playoffs.

I am done with the NFL. I am never watching another game in my life but will practice civil disobedience when I see enemy teams, maybe an accidental beer spill or tripping someone in a Colts shirt at the airport, but never again, cancelling NFL Sunday Ticket tomorrow So vindictive You talking about the Colts and the NFL, UD6?

Well Ruth Buzzi gave a non apology apology, as close as these types ever do
The question I have is this ?
1 Brady asks for 2nd court stay and turned down 2 Brady asks for stay in August from Ruth Buzzi , he gets it 3 Brady files SC on 10/13 latest day possible
How long wiill it take to know if SC takes it? If they take it, Brady is good for 2016 If not does Brady miss late games thru Playoffs? Would NFl suspend him for the Playoffs/ SB?
A big SC win would equal Malcolm's INT,

When is the NFLPA going to wake up and see DeM Smith is the one to blame for the current CBA, yet they kept him around
Goodell has all the power because they voted, well 31/32 teams of players voted for less practice and more cash for exchange of Mein Fueher Goodell.
They're gonna have to wait to change that. This appeal nonsense is a waste of time and money.

A big SC win would equal Malcolm's INT, If he gets the stay, he's playing all 16. October deadline can be extended at least 10 days, by asking. Then the NFL gets 35 days to respond, even if they don't take all 35. There will also be amicus briefs filed. All of which the court will need to digest. Then there are the holidays...if he gets the stay (which is admittedly a big IF), we're looking at probably some time in January for a decision. So, if it came down the wrong way then, there would be the question of the playoffs...the suspension was for four reg season games but would that Nazi SOB suspend him for the playoffs? I wouldn't put it past him. He's truly evil. I hope he dies. I'd chip in on a hit man...
