Gronk is likely out this weekend. Just Gronk being Gronk. He was healthy all last season. That was unusual. He's an injury waiting to happen. But when he is healthy he is a beast.

Gronk is likely out this weekend. Looks like Bucs pretty confident they can roll without Gronk. Didn't take long for teams to start taking shots at him again. He better wear a rib pad rest of season.
Plus they get AB back, and Sherman is going to play.

Honestly, for all this talk about Brady this week, my guess is we are going to see a heavy dose of Fournette and Jones at least early in this game. The Patriots are 24th in yds allowed vs the run so far, they have not showed the ability to consistently stop the run. I think Tampa will make the Patriots prove they can stop the run before airing it out.

But it think Tompa will mix it up. Tampa is the #2 passing team and put up good numbers on two pretty good defenses already. Whereas the Patriots pass defense has played against mediocre offenses. They will want the ball first so they can make the Patriots play from behind out the gate.

Maybe, but Brady knows better than anybody that Belichick will want to take Tampa’s best option away, that’s Brady and the passing game. That’s why I think we’ll see Tampa looking to run early

Man up. Tampa is allowing 30 points per game and 338 yds passing per game. They have the fewest sacks in the NFL. They were life and death to win the games they won including Atlanta- with 10 minutes to play Atlanta was down 3 with the ball. Got killed last week. Bringing in old man Sherman out of desperation.
Yes, their passing offense is formidable. They will score points. Our offense will somehow have to get their heads out of their asses and just execute like a competent NFL offense. But, they’re going against a defense that can be had if they do.
The doom and gloom is embarrassing. This isn’t Alabama against UMass.

Gronk is likely out this weekend. Game time decision. Personally, I don't see how he misses this game. I think it's Bruce trying to screw with Belichick. If Gronk travels with the team then I think there's a very good chance that he plays.

The Bucs are allowing 29. They’re worse than the other teams those three teams have played. In other words those teams (especially Atlanta, WTF?) have scored so many points in part because they had the benefit of playing against Todd Bowles lousy defense. Talk about missing the point anyway. They were life and death in their two wins even against possibly the worst team in the NFC. Why? Because their defense can’t stop anyone. They don’t pressure the QB even when they blitz and they have issues in the defensive backfield, hence bringing in Sherman. Not a good combination. So if, and it’s a big if, the Pats OL can just play the way they’re supposed to and give Mac a bit of time, he will find open receivers and he will move the ball. They can be had. Doesn’t mean they will be by our WIP offense. But, I have faith that at some point it’s going to turn for our offense. It’s going to start clicking. Why not tomorrow? Against a poor passing defense that doesn’t pressure the QB very well. At least so far. Or, we can just put our heads between our legs and brace for impact from the inevitable plane crash. Go for that. Let us know what it looks like down there. I’ll be watching Mac throw the ball all over the yard.

At some point I expect this team to start putting it all together. We’ve seen this sort of thing before…an ugly step back followed by some big steps forward. It’s no guarantee it will happen this time but it does give us good reason to believe that it could

It really is one extreme or the other here with 95% of this board at times it seems. Ridiculous

I know they're out there. Some are more worried about Gronk not playing than they are about Trent Brown or JC Jackson not playing for the Pats.
