I would think the Giants will be looking to trade some players away to start stockpiling picks, might be a good chance to grab a defender. Still kind of stunned that they have failed so miserably this season. As for Beckham, classless player. I am not sure the Pats match up well with the Giants in a trade?

Yeah honestly it's tough to predict who/what they're looking for, someone mentioned Casillas the other day, I could see that. But I'd expect them to be poking around all of the teams that appear to be going nowhere right now.

I could see Cassilas. knows the system. plays ST but I would assume Giants looking for return with an eye towards players that would help next year and beyond? OLmen? RB? I would think they have zero interest in a player such as DLewis. Maybe Croston? Karras? Can the Pats afford to lose OL?

The Giants I think would be good with a draft pick (later one), or a depth player in exchange who may or may not be locked up long term. I don't think they are looking for DLewis, but it could be another player in their last year that they want and would bring in via trade to tryout and then get a jump on an extension before he hits FA.

Personally think they'd be looking for picks, why get a player when the season is a loss and the whole organization will be judged in the off season? Not a good spot to add a player and have him come in there, lose, get a bad attitude, etc. Get a pick. As for Lewis I don't think he'd be traded to a losing organization anyway, why bother if the season is a loss? You'll be getting an often injured player on the last year of his deal. But I could see him traded to a team that is in the hunt, probably for a pick or a defensive player if they have enough depth to toy around with their roster.

Wow, no response yet from that troll jintsfan. 0-5 must taste terrible. After being forced to sit tied to a chair with his eyelids taped open for XLIX and LI, he lost his grip and his man card has now been revoked. He has gone the way of Eli and Odell.

Ouch!!
From PFT:
The New York Giants have lost a third wide receiver for the season due to injuries sustained in Sunday’s loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.
Brandon Marshall posted on his instagram account Monday night that he set to have surgery on Tuesday to address an ankle injury that occurred last in the first half.
“Tomorrow I’ll have surgery ending year 12,” Marshall wrote. “I’m filled with mixed emotions. I wasn’t able to produce for my team the way I wanted to but this was my greatest year to date. This game has shown me who I really am good and bad.”
In his first season with the Giants, Marshall had caught 18 passes for 154 yards before his departure from Sunday’s game. The Giants also lost Odell Beckham Jr. and Dwayne Harris for the season due to injuries sustained against the Chargers. Sterling Shepard was also injured in the game.

Wonder if Manning retires? He's been bad for a couple of years and getting worse. We could only hope. Eli will still beat the snot out of the Pats anytime they play!

Eli will still beat the snot out of the Pats anytime they play! They will not meet again until the 2019 season unless they meet in the Super Bowl. Given who the Midgets are as a team, and who Mr. number-of-turnovers equals number-of-TDs is, that is highly unlikely.

Big Ben, Flacco, Manning, have all struggled the past couple of years. Their best years are clearly past them all while Brady is older but playing at as high or even his highest level of his career. Pretty damn amazing. Yeah, but, you know what the haters say, "Brady is a system QB". Plus in ANY QB into that Patriot lineup and they would still win all those super bowls!!!! (in the voice of Babe): Brady IS a system QB - he relies on the QB to do so much it in that system it is frightening...

How badly do the Broncos beat the Jints this week? Now they have guys jumping ship. It's gotten ugly in Gotham. profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/10/11/giants-suspend-dominique-rodgers-cromartie/Things aren’t getting any better for the Giants. Head coach Ben McAdoo announced on Wednesday that cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has been suspended. McAdoo did not provide many details beyond saying that Rodgers-Cromartie came to the team’s facility on Wednesday and decided to leave, which presumably triggered the decision to suspend him. Rodgers-Cromartie has started the last two games for the Giants as they’ve opted to put Eli Apple on the bench to start games. Apple said Tuesday that he’s “uncertain” about his role on the team after saying he thought the “whole culture” of the team was to blame for the awful start to the season. With an 0-5 record and players walking out when they aren’t discussing the whole culture being to blame for the record, McAdoo was asked if he was concerned about the perception that he’s lost the team. “Not concerned about perception, concerned about reality,” McAdoo said, via Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com. The reality for the Giants is that they are a bad team missing their best offensive player for the rest of a season. One could conjure up worse perceptions, but reality is doing just fine on the ugliness meter.

You know, I kinda wish they'd win this week. I'd like to see Denver go down, but alas, 0-6 it will probably be.
