I remember seeing a quick shot of Mac Jones on the sideline last week, with his helmet on, trying to get in Bill O'Brian's ear. I wondered if he wasn't saying, "put me in coach..."
I have to believe that Bill Belichick making Mac Jones inactive this week-- the last game of the season (and potentially Jones' career)-- was a pretty clear statement of what Belichick thinks of Mac Jones.

He may be okay as an improviser, which is more what the CFL requires. |

If he can't do that now, he will never be able to. |
