No idea how the jests are any better than initially predicted? Really? Well, you said it yourself. WINS (3 of them in total). See. Wasn't that simple. THey have beaten teams few thought they would or could. Regardless of how bad those teams are. Simple.... if you're one of those guys that trully believed that the jets would go 0 - 16 and the pats 16 - 0, then yeah, they have been better than that. but in the real NFL such predictions seldom happen. Start of the season I would've put the Jets somewhere between 3 and 6 wins, give or take. So far I haven't seen any evidence that they are any better than that, and I'm talking about watching them play. Not looking at any stats. None of those 3 wins was particularly impressive. Now, ofc wins is what matters, and once you find yourself on the right side of a 3 win streak, anything can happen. Nothing more dangerous than a team that was considered to be an underdog by pretty much everyone, suddently getting hot and confident. Once players feel confident and there's no real pressure to do better, that's usually when they break free and play at their best. We shall see which way the Jets will go. You just said it yourself. You said 3 wins for the YEAR. THey have 3 in the first 5 games (now the first 6). So way better than even you suspected.

I have to say that I'm mighty impressed with your ability to go trough a full post and only read the 3 or 4 words that come in handy to prove your point of view. That's something I have to put on my bucketlist and start working on.

But really, all I am saying is that most people thought the jests would not win more than what they did in the first 5 games. So yes that is way ahead of what anyone (ok, most people) thought. I was not really just trying to "win" this back and forth as much as illustrate that even you seem to agree about the bottom line. And isnt it the bottom line we are talking about?

This season has certainly been unpredictable.
