More terrible news for the Colts. Apparently luck is experiencing shoulder pain. It sounds like he is shut down for the foreseeable future and may not play again this season. I’m beginning to wonder if he’s ever going to be 100%

Meanwhile JG is on the bench thinking to himself "this isn't f'n fair…" Maybe so, But I’m pretty sure Garoppolo is probably aware of Brady’s timetable. There is a plan in place and he is a part of it

Meanwhile JG is on the bench thinking to himself "this isn't f'n fair…" Yeah but Jimmy will get to play for Bill Belickick. Jacoby has to play for Pagano. Rough deal for Brissett

Indy may never get to fly another AFC Finalist banner again!

Pretty amazing that this guy was just a couple years ago about to become the face of the NFL...then we blew them out in the AFC title game, deflategate came, colts have sucked ever since and Luck has too. Suck for Luck, remember that?

I feel sorry for the guy for going to a dumpster fire of a team. He probably could have excelled for a different team.

Idk, it sounds like normal soreness. Cortisone shot and a week of rest and appears he will be back out there at strengthening program
Colts with Jax, Texans, Pitts and Cinci next 4. If they fall to 2-6 do they sit Luck and fire Pagano and play for draft slot?

Rough deal for Brissett In the end the NFL doesn't care that you play QB for the 31st rated team (my own rating this week) in the NFL. The first question is, did you win some games that your team shouldn't have won? The second question is, do you have much on-field experience? Mr. Brissett is out there not throwing too many interceptions and not fumbling too much. He went into Indy stone cold, was called onto the field at the end of the very first week and threw a touchdown pass... His contract year will be 2019.

The next GM who thinks they should take their franchise QB in the draft before having a burgeoning offensive line in front of him should be tarred and feathered immediately.
Football is won in the trenches first, all the talent in the world won't help skill position players because, if nothing else they'll very likely get hurt.
Rookie QB's often don't play their first season and not always because they're not ready, rather, their offensive line isn't ready for them... better the backup take a beating and show the youngster "how to be a pro."
Luck is yet another example of a great talent dropped into the worst situation.
He averaged roughly 600 passes and little over 60 rushes a season in his first three years, he brought a 2-14 team to an 11-5 record his rookie year.
The failure was Ryan Grigson's for not putting a team around him. Also a pill popping owner worried about the inflation of the footballs, when at the halftime of the same game, 5 out of 6 of his balls were also deflated... but the refs decided to stop counting Colt's balls.
I call it the deflate-gate curse... now that all of the lying co-conspirators have been thorough neutered, what we're seeing this year is a balance in the force with the Pats.
