The RB stable leftnits mark on todays game for sure.
Burkhead played a solid game in passing and running. He looked like he could play every down if they needed him too.
Lewis is looking a lot like the guy that we all became enamoured with a few seasons ago. He looked fast in small spaces and powerful when squaring his pads and running between the tackles. If not for a face mask to pull him down during a 4th quarter run he’d still be dragging the defender with him.
James White had one hell of a game too. He made some contested catches in traffic that Edelman would have been proud of. He showed a toughness and grit today that I wasn’t sure he possessed. He continues to prove me wrong and I love it.

Agree the RB's had a nice game and I would add Devlin in that mix. He is an extremely important part of thee run game. He some really good blocks at the 2nd level today.
They still need to improve the red zone offense. Many opportunities not enough TD's. Has to get better.

We were at the game.
Gronk may have dropped two TD passes. Cooks may have dropped another. Both contributed overall...White may be the most reliable receiver on this team. Brady had DA on a sure 1st and goal within the 2 if not a TD.
For the most part I liked the running, Lewis and Burkhead in particular. Gilmore had a nice off tackle run for a 1st down.

I could be wrong but I think you mean Gillislee and yes he did.

Gilislee just isn't getting it done (in my opinion). Really thought he'd be doing more but there's just something missing...whether it's vision, balance, decision making, whatever...it isn't there. Yeah he has quickness for his size, and some power, but evidently that isn't enough. Saw him get arm tackled - I mean just stopped in his tracks - when he had a full head of steam going. Bad stuff. And the vision? My lord does he run with his eyes closed?? And he's stiff, it's like he has a 2x4 strapped to the back of his ass. Rkarp was right, he said he wasn't anything from the very beginning. I've waited and waited and waited for this guy to have a breakout game, even a breakout run...it ain't coming.

That long TD run by the Chargers was in big part on Harmon. He took a very bad angle to the runner and allowed him to escape outside. I also saw him out of position in more than a few passing plays.
Glad we won..but the only player I trust in centerfield is McCourty.

Marsh was the main culprit on that one, got crushed could not set the edge, a LB probably should have gotten there 5-10 yards downfield

Harmon was the last line of defense and I singled him out but yes, Marsh and overall poor tackling to blame as well.

Those drops are leading to the team failing to get TDs, as you pointed out, and the question I asked is why are we seeing so many drops, especially by Gronk.

I'm willing to write it off as being one of those games. Everybody has one. Now, if he follows it up with another poor performance then I'll begin to wonder. I don't see that happening.
