seems MDavis wants to move to Vegas and will contribute $500m towards the $1.4B stadium the city wants to build.
with the NFL's involvement in gambling sites, can they show their two faces and claim gambling is a concern with a team in sin city?

The more I know about the NFL, the more I respect Al Davis! How can the owners turn down the move, when they screwed him over the Los Angeles move. I say go there MDavis, and make millions, you deserve it because your father had the guts to take on the NFL unlike some other owner we know!!!

I don't know about having a franchise in Vegas but at a minimum they should build a stadium there and have the SB there at a minimum once every 5 years.

The NFl says that Draftkings etc (partially owned by nfl owners) is not gambling And Tom Brady had a fair process And The PSI measurents in 2015 just prooved no one cheated (except the Pats) And Football doesnt cause CTE - And Goodell never saw the the Ray Rice tape
No worries about the NFL being ready for the Pats in SB Mexico Kensil is already in Mexico

If they don't put a team there....Heck, let it just be the neutral site for every SB. It has infrastructure galore and can accomodate a SB with ease. I get that they want to give other locations chances, but they are not all created equal. Vegas has the right mindset for big events, and they know how to do it well.

The problem is the spoiled brat, rich, crooks that own these teams want the ability to host the games. I just moved to Georgia just north of Atlanta and Blank is building a new stadium with the agreement they get a SB and are part of the rotation that gets to bid on the SB.

Anything that comes out of the NFL office needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
They said for years they won't locate a team in a jurisdiction with sports gambling, yet the last time I looked, Atlantic City was still in New Jersey.
The Raiders will end up in Vegas without a doubt, if Davis isn't just using Vegas as pressure on Oakland to cave and build him a stadium.
The NFL realizes much of its popularity is based upon gambling (fantasy, suicide pools, confidence pools, bookmakers, etc). It would be silly to believe a team wouldn't flourish in Vegas - hell, every home game would be a destination event for the visiting team's fans. I'm going to Vegas when the Pats play there!
