You spelled it wrong...not that there's anything wrong with that. lol. This is hilarious. And sadly true as he’s made some extremely concerning comments recently.

Do. Not allow him to get to the Fish. Under any circumstances Why would you be concerned over Penix going to the Dolphins? Penix going deep to Tyreek Hill I assume. And that would be a problem

More sure than ever Pick 3 should be Penix. Pick 34 is Bo Nix if we're lucky.
I would move back into the 1st to get Nix if he hasn’t been taken by pick 18.
Otherwise take Joe Milton at #34.
This would be outstanding for the ground floor of this rebuild.

agree if there is any thought on trading down, Penix might be their guy I assume having him in for an interview/physical is on the schedule. watching him throw in shorts and t-shirt is not going to change anyone's minds. that said, there are WR's and OL that will be at that pro day that I would think the PAts want to check out in person.

Penix scares me in so many ways. Yes he has a cannon for an arm, but he has so many other issues, and I don't think his strengths are going to transfer well to the NFL. Would love it if he proves me wrong, but I see him as fools gold and would not take him in the first at all. Finally watching some breakdown tape and looking at penix. Injury issues aside he looks like a bonifide nfl qb very much including between the ears. If the rest of what i see of him matches he is a guy to get. Even plays where he throws it away are smart....

Hos 3/4 sidearm throw may result in more blocked passes, tipped passes, and int? Also not mobile. At this time, OL can't protect an immobile QB. Where did you get that? Looks really funny now.

Sure does....sort of. He did run a 4.4ish 40 on his pro day - to demonstrate straight line speed; but a shuttle run or 3 cone drill may be better tests of mobility?

If Patriots manage to secure 5 picks in first 3 rounds; maybe Patriots can pick up Penix in 2nd round? Any way he drops to 3rd round?

Penix goes in the first round. If we want him we have to take him there. Maybe not 3 but top 15

Taylor’s whole breakdown is very interesting in his response to Simms

Is the 3C a more important indicator of mobility you are describing than the data that says that of the top 6 QBs he had the best (lowest) sack-to-pressure ratio?

Just putting the info out there for anyone interested. Taylor Kyles isn’t biased on anyone and I appreciate his breakdowns on twitter.

One of the things Penix does, what Brady used to do in his younger days (not comparing), is that they would rather throw the ball away than take a sack.
You see this when watching Penix tape. He has an uncanny ability to get rid of the ball just before a defender can sack him.
To me this speaks to his awareness of where defenders are as the play progresses.
THis also explains why he has more incomplete passes than he should. He doesn't run or take a sack....just throws the ball away (which I applaud).
