It all comes back to Tomlin. This is the culture he’s created in Shittsburgh. Divas, me first guys, no discipline, big fat mouths. That Pittsburgh team had plenty enough to beat the browns. They couldn’t put it together. Ben didn’t help either. The Goths have had lots of talent and a HOF quarterback at their disposal. But, for the past 10 years since the 2010 season when they lost to Green Bay in the SB, they've underachieved. And now, with Big Ben beginning to drag, the rise of Cleveland and the hope of Cincinnati, and their descent into cap hell in 2021, their window appears to have closed. Strongly agree that allowing their diva players like Antonio Brown, Le'Veon Bell, and JuJu Smith-Schuyster to run wild has really hurt the team's culture.

yeah, they could go after a vet QB, or just draft one so they can be part of the Brady Effect

Was just about to post about the above listed article. It appears that at long last, the Goths and the barbarian horde in Germania have been quelled by the feats of Lord Thomas Edward Patrick Brady. LOL!!!!!!!!!

The Goths with Roethlisberger are facing a situation somewhat similar to what the Patriots faced at the close on the 2019 season with Tom Brady - in that both teams were in cap hell, and appeared to be going nowhere. Though in Brady's case it was more of where he had insufficient receivers to throw to - while Roethlisberger seemed to break down physically towards the end of the 2020 season - the cap situations of the two teams were similar. The Steelers should release Ben, and give him the option of continuing his career elsewhere - or retire. triblive.com/sports/tim-benz-looking-for-a-perfect-end-to-ben-roethlisbergers-steelers-career-too-late/

Looks like Gothburger staying in Shittsbirgh Perhaps. But it will be a mistake if they do. Ben is fading. He's no Brady.

Their Oline coach moved on a few years ago and they haven’t been the same since.

Their Oline coach moved on a few years ago and they haven’t been the same since. They operated exclusively from the shotgun last year. Those great Steelers teams of the past ran the football, threw play action passes, and played great defense. Not so anymore in the Steel City.
