They've made it very easy to rag on them, so I'd say "Diversity wins championships!" or "We wanna be strong in all three phases... Diversity, Equity & Inclusion" or "Thundercats Hooooo!" or "We're onto ending racism".
More realistically though, maybe they can borrow one from the US military "Embrace the Suck", from David Goggins "Stay Hard" (note: this would be terrific if they drafted Penix), or Cameron Hanes "Keep Hammering"... or even Cobra Kai "Strike First. Strike Hard. No Mercy".
I'm kind of kidding with all of it, but kinda not. Haha

Wolf? do you feel they are not qualified? or got their current positions in any other way than earned?

I would think if the team surprises and wins double digit games into the playoffs, we will hear quite a bit of negativity towards Bill. sure, there will be the usual 2 or 3 posters that will continue to blame Mac, but at the end of the day, 1 guy gets all the credit, and 1 guy gets all the blame.

Well, I do think that at the end, Bill Belichick created a lot of problems and as the head coach and leader of the team, he is responsible and he did need to go. However, Mac Jones was also a major problem and the team is much better without him also. However, Belichick did not deserve the trashing he got in the Dynasty series and it has backfired on the Krafts. And now, removing the "Do your Job" slogan seems like another petty and childish dig at Belichick's legacy.

Parcells did it. Carroll did it. Bill did it. the players and staff that remain should all get the message very loudly and clearly. the team will be doing things differently. get used to it or get out of the way. the media here, and the fans here, will take anything the new management team does as a slap at Bill, because it is not Bill's way. seriously, invite Bill to Tom's ceremony (he won't attend I am sure) and give Bill a statue. otherwise, everyone should move on.

As you have suggested in an earlier post, winning solves many issues, and if the Patriots go get into double digit wins and get a playoff spot, everyone will move on from Bill and all will be well. However, if we have yet another bad season... the vindictiveness against Bill and against "Do your Job" will come back to haunt the Krafts. Drama... that's why we watch the game.

I think most of us expect a bad season, but want to see some major roster holes properly filled, better coaching and execution, and some team direction on the field. I would be pleased with a season that included the coaching staff having a solid offensive plan for the team, solidifying the OL and QB position, and finding a WR that other teams need to cover. getting younger and adding draft picks also should be a priority. this season, if we see that, a united locker room and a well coached team, wins are secondary.

The diversity & collaboration station posts are mocking RKK and all the messaging that's come out post-BB. It, IMO, seems to be a coordinated effort to push a particular message and narrative, and I'm not enjoying it. With Mayo and Wolf, they wouldn't have been my first choice for their respective roles, but I think they are qualified for their respective jobs. IDK what Glaser truly does or is responsible for (if it's tied to the personnel side of the football operation, no I don't think she's qualified), so it's tough to comment on that, but they couldn't announce her hiring/promotion fast enough. The presser announcing that RKK & Israel had hired Mayo was barely over before the hiring/promotion was announced.

I guess I am missing the diversity push you mention the collaboration obviously is a message that this is no longer a 1 man operation. I assume Glaser is what her title says she is, EVP of football business. Glaser’s work for Kraft Group has blended business leadership and legal strategy. She has led business affairs and compliance, and spearheaded sales and marketing programs. Glaser has also negotiated a variety of contracts, including those involving players and business deals. she had a lead role in deflategate defending the PAts. she has been with the Kraft group for over 15 years. I see nothing to indicate she will have a role on the field, drafting or with the players (other than the legal side of contracts). I agree that Mayo and Wolf have both earned their shot, have been in the building a while and have the owners and players backing.
