This is like JFK getting shot. It's just wrong. It's the World Trade Center all over again.
It's Evil triumphs over Good. Wrong beats right. When did we become North Korea?

Let me put it another way: It's a virtual certainty, absent injury, that Tom Brady will start the first four games of the 2016 season. Book it. Write it down. Ban me if I'm wrong. Whatever. I hope you're right. I have $1000 riding on this. I hold a charity golf tournament every year and the brother of a friend of mine, who lives in NY and is a jets fan said, and I have witnesses, that if Tom Brady plays the first game of the season, he will bring a $1000 check from his law firm to donate to the non-profit.

I'm pretty sure you can't get an extension of time to file your cert petition. The 90-day filing deadline is jurisdictional.

I was very optimistic about this, so wow... I'm very disappointed today. I really thought Brady had a good chance here. Sounds like Brady is prepared to fight on but this ruling is a terrible blow. I agree...I say 2-2 at best with Jimmy G, we'll get killed in the first game, maybe the Buffalo game...it would be great if it DID go to the SC....he'd have a far better chance there than in the Appeals Court....the Justices will read the Amicus brief's and it will become a Labor case to the liberal judges, and with a split court, 4-4, Brady wins and they love Olson and the NFL's lead counsel because they love good debate and smart arguments and written briefs because they see so little of it....Trump won't be elected, so when/if another Justice is appointed, a Clinton appointee, it will be a 5-4 court, a pro-labor court, and he'll still win.....Ginsburg is appointed for life...she hasn't said anything any worse than Scalia said every other week...lol...so Trump can go cry in his Trump brand champagne.

Ginsberg said stuff about trump she can't say as a SC judge. She showed bias. She can't say political stuff. Can't say she will move. I think she opened up a can of oh crap for herself. What if the elections contested? She can't rule on it now

Scalia showed bias every day and twice on sunday...nobody chased him off the court....Thomas' wife works for a Pro-Life group...nobody chases him off the court and he never recuses himself when right to life issues come up...stop it...She's going nowhere...lol...absolutely nowhere...and by the way...what she said...is absolutely CORRECTAMUNDOOOOO...lol!

I am done with the NFL. I am never watching another game in my life but will practice civil disobedience when I see enemy teams, maybe an accidental beer spill or tripping someone in a Colts shirt at the airport, but never again, cancelling NFL Sunday Ticket tomorrow So vindictive

Nice. I am now almost hopeful Brady gets a stay. Almost.

the tell was the NFLPA hiring Olsen. he was brought in for a SC battle, not en banc.
would assume this is now out of TB's hands and in the hands of the NFLPA now fighting for its entire union?

What if the elections contested? She can't rule on it now Ginsberg is a pro labor judge. This case will deeply affect other labor cases. That will override any political fallout between Trump & Ginsberg. The fact the 2nd District took this long indicated a divided opinion on the en banc motion which they couldn't overcome (This came from Daniel Wallach a respected Sports attorney). So they kicked the can down the road.

Obama appointee and Mara friend Chin cooked this one. Maybe Brady will get a break from Ginsburg, but I doubt it. Brady is friends with Trump. No Clintonite is apt to see justice done for him. This country has become rotten to it's core.

C'mon, Bill Clinton just brokered a deal to get wifey out of the espionage rap. Brady snubbed Obama for the WH visit. These crooked swines aren't above making Brady pay for his snub. Principles are not the driving force here. If they were "labor judge" Chin would have flushed this No Fidelity League bullshit down the crapper months ago.

I think trumps right about her. She should resign. Are you just posturing or do you really think that freedom of speech does not apply to judges?

Obama, Hillary, Comey, Lynch, Ginsburg.
How can anyone expect justice out of this band of criminals?

You support an evil group of people that started this whole non-scandal on a bunch of lies out of spite and petty vindictiveness, that carries over to you and all your redneck, moron buddies in Colt shirts. I can't wait to start taking my anger out on an unsuspecting Colts fan one of these days.

I whole heartedly disagree. No one individual is responsible for a dynasty. Is Brady an incredible QB that improves the odds of winning, yes. That doesn't mean he's the only reason they win. Does " do your job" ring a bell? It's a team game. Hmm, decreased chance of winning means more losses means no dynasty. That's an interesting take on it Pezz. How about Adam V, misses a few kicks, McGinnest doesn't stuff the Colts, Troy Brown (turned CB), doesn't strip the ball after an INT against SD, Tuck rule called a fumble........means no dynasty as well?

Does " do your job" ring a bell? It's a team game. I was being sarcastic as hell with my original post. If there is one thing this entire board can be distilled down to, it's "who is the one figure responsible for the Patriots success". My post was taking a jab at that notion. My bad Mike. That concept had been thrown around so often I have a hard time distinguishing sometimes. Besides , BB is the reason for success right? Wink wink Hehe

Obama, Hillary, Comey, Lynch, Ginsburg. How can anyone expect justice out of this band of criminals? Don't confuse not liking someone's politics with them being "evil" or criminal. I had a conversation with a hard core conservative X FBI guy who says while he was disapointed in Comey he still has great respect for the guy. And Gindsburg.. you may not like her but reallllly..... disagreeing is not basis for demonization. Even if that is the current national pastime.

Obama, Hillary, Comey, Lynch, Ginsburg. How can anyone expect justice out of this band of criminals? Yep......And the fix was in. HRC WAS NEVER PUT UNDER OATH BY THE FBI.
Because if she was her lawyers would have had take the Fifth because if she repeated what she said in Public she would committed PERJURY BY LYING TO THE FBI....WHICH IS A FELONY BY DEFINITION.
