Penix, Daniels or Caleb.
My thoughts at least.

Prediction: Some of the people very happy that the Pats embarrassed themselves today for the coveted higher draft pick are going to be very unhappy when the actual selection is made.
Just a guess.

There's no chance Williams makes it to 3. I don't feel great about taking either of the other two options that high.

I think we drafting Maye or Daniels. One of the two. They could both be there when they draft if the bears surprise everyone by taking harrison jr.

Maye is going to be a bust! We don’t know that. I think it’s hard passing up those measurables. I we need a GM that can identify a franchise QB .

Bears could take Harrison but something tells me they will move fields. Idk.

I'm a flip of 2001. I'd rather have Alt than MHJ.
Alt or a QB for me. We'll see what JJM does tomorrow, and how fitting would it be if the next franchise QB in Foxboro was a tall, skinny winner from Ann Arbor!

I just don’t see how they take a tackle in the top 3 with QB being a huge need. I think wherever harrison goes he will improve that offense right away. If they take a tackle it means they’re going with a bridge QB next year.

That's like saying a 7 footer should be good at basketball. F the measurables. Skill demonstration is the key. Drew Brees was small. His skill made the difference. Tom Brady was scrawny and slow. Skill won again. Ignore size & weight, etc. What are their skills physically & mentally.

Are you even sure Alt is the best OT in this class or are you giving him the edge because he went to Notre Dame?

Anyway we need a new GM who can project a franchise QB.

... whoever QB they fancy. If that QB doesn't work out, suck for a couple of seasons, rince and repeat.

I can sugarcoat that with any QB. I know you love Penix but would the pats take him at number 3? The injuries are an issue with him for me.

Fashanu hasn't allowed a QB sack in 2 years, he was a Top 10 pick last year, and came back. He's a stonewall, watch their games, the most athletic LOT I have seen in a long time.
