Diggs is Houston’s Joey Galloway. Diggs is a loon. He just paid another Houston player $100,000 for the privilege of wearing jersey #1. 100K OMG!! You're kidding me! That is ALMOST a half a percent of Diggs salary this year. He'll need to cut back on groceries.

I wonder if he gets a 1099 with it Is it income? Is it capital gains? Is it a gift? In any event, you can bet that the IRS will determine a way to get their piece! This is a complete joke perpetrated by a very spoiled, egotistical athlete. Buffalo should be glad to be rid of him. Well...it's his money.

Given how much dead cap the Bills absorbed this season to deal away a productive WR, it's fair to say he must have been a HUGE turd in the locker room and a big headache. You don't pay that much to get rid of a WR who has shown that much consistent production without a damned good reason.

I can’t believe I’m going to type this but Buffalo and Miami have gone backwards this offseason so far, I’d have to say with any type of decent QB play the Jets could be the best team in the AFCE.

I know that must have been tough lol. If the offense can stay on the field and not put the D in bad spots and wear them out the Jet D can be elite. The offense doesn’t have to be good just average with few mistakes.

So, they can spend that 31m this year? That is cool! You're right buddy...the cap is crap! They can really just replace him through trade - maybe Jefferson from the Vikings! They wouldn't even miss a beat!

they can spend what ever they want this year any team can but most teams have a budget. regardless, if they wanted to spend to get other players, they could

I'll remind y'all of 2010, when the Patriots made the decision to trade Randy Moss to Minnesota. Moving on from Moss freed Tom Brady to do what he did best - spread the ball around. The subtraction of Moss actually improved the Patriots offense. My guess is that Josh Allen will feel freed up too, and that the Buffalo offense will be fine. Although Buffalo took it on the chin with a huge dead money cap hit for 2024, they rid themselves of the lucrative, bloated Diggs' contract that extended for 3 more years. Don't think that Houston GM Nick Caserio is oblivious to Diggs being a big-time diva. Nick got Diggs to agree to tear up his Buffalo contract and agree to just a one year deal - which allows Diggs to be an UFA next year. Nick did this to incentivize Diggs to be at his best in 2024, before he moves on to his location of choice, the Dallas Cowboys: billswire.usatoday.com/2024/04/05/stefon-diggs-contract-buffalo-buffalo-houston-texans-trade-nfl/As for the Jests taking over the AFC East, I remind you that they are the Jests - and that Murphy's Law still reigns in Green Gotham. The same type of predictions about the Jests rise to relevance were made last year. How did that work out? In addition, Gag Green is still allegedly being coached by Robert "all gas, no brake" Saleh...which does not bode well for them.

Rkarp saw a man lose his entire right arm in a car accident, he said “it’s cool, he was trying to lose weight anyway.”

In addition, Gag Green is still allegedly being coached by Robert "all gas, no brake" Saleh...which does not bode well for them. Moss was grousing over his contract, it was time to get rid of him… but it didn’t make the team better from a personnel standpoint. The same team with a happy paid Moss is a better team. Buffalo could have done what Philly just did, Diggs had no guarantees left on his deal after this year. The Bills also let Gabe Davis walk and had a mass exodus on defense. Their ability to stay competitive will be determined by how well they draft and fill out their roster with cheap value vets… but the salary cap is starting to squeeze them now that cap debt from the deal Josh Allen signed back in 2021 is starting to catch up to them. The salary cap is real, teams either handle it well like the Chiefs or they all get fired. If the Bills head in the wrong direction this season you’ll likely see a new regime next offseason.

I tried to tell it so that even you could understand, but I will assume you don't.

I tried to tell it so that even you could understand, but I will assume you don't. The hilarious part is when Buffalo were at peak spending for the last 3-4 years, you were holding them up as paragons of excess spending, calling BB bad at his job for not spending more and telling us the cap didn't exist. The Bills are starting to show cracks and lose great players now because the contract Josh Allen signed in 2021, where they kicked all his cap debt down the road so they could do all that spending... it has finally caught up with them. Josh Allen's cap hit:
2021: 10.2M 2022: 16.4M 2023: 18.6M 2024: 30.6M 2025: 60.7M Much like the Chiefs when they traded Tyreek, their ability to compete and be good going forward will depend on their ability to draft... and they didn't get nearly the same draft haul back that the Phins got for Tyreek, nor were the Buffalo coaches as nearly good as Andy Reid at maximizing Patrick Mahome's rookie contract... and Reid wasn't nearly as successful as BB was at maximizing Brady's rookie contract. Undoubtedly your silly response will be "they'll just rework Josh Allen's contract," sure they will... what you'll conveniently fail to mention is cap debt doesn't disappear until you pay it off or trade it away. Pushing debt into the future just fcks over the next guy who inherits the mess after McDermott gets fired, it doesn't solve the problem.

Diggs is Houston’s Joey Galloway. To be fair to the Texans, Diggs at 30 probably has a lot more in the tank than Galloway did at 38 when he arrived here.
