I voted Patriots but can I chat with BB first?
Hypothetical Q&A with BB:
Question: Hey BB, there's a lot of talk about how much Brady has left in the tank and how much of what we saw last season can be attributed to injuries and talent. It's pretty hard for us fans to predict Brady's future without knowing the inside scoop and only you have the inside scoop.
Answer 1: Brady still has it in spades. He has shown a few small signs of age but nothing to really worry about. [Me: He gets a nice two year extension with perhaps a little more incentives in the second year]
Answer 2: Yes, there were some injuries and talent issues for sure. It did effect him. However, he's also shown marked decline. There's no denying it anymore. Age is catching up to Tom. We see one more season of him playing above average and that is it. [Me: Brady returns to the Patriots on a one-year team friendly deal]
Answer 3: Yes, there were some injuries and talent issues for sure. It did effect him but so did age. Tom is no longer beating age but he denies it. We see it but he does not. He believes it was all talent and injuries. He blames the team and it has damaged our relationship. He's making personnel demands for the first time ever. He believes he can play at a high level until 45 and we think he has one more season at most. [Me: Brady is gone. He is playing elsewhere]

Answer 1 implies neither the team not Tom sees any decline to worry about. Answers 2 and 3 address decline with and without Brady's agreement. Yeah... I'd rather hear a response like 'Last year was a tough season. We had a lot of new players and young guys that I needed to get on the same page with for the team to have success. For a variety of reasons, including some unfortunate injuries and a couple players that couldn't keep their shit together, that didn't happen. Ultimately, I need to do what it takes to get the guys who are playing to understand how we need things done for the offense to be efficient. I really want to be in New England, and I'm going to get back to what I did for the first 18 years of my career and out work everyone to help get them to that level'. Two year extension. Any other response, Thanks Tom, you've done a great job for us. Good luck.

I think the wild card here is the Bucs.
Arians is ready to move on from Winston and they have 80 mil in cap space with 2 of the best receivers in the game. They still believe their TE can be a weapon and towards the end of the year the running game emerged. They'll need to shore up the o-line but the pieces are in place.
The question is will Brady want to play in a small market type place?
The Bucs would have to overpay but I think they would. I read that the rumor is they would try and sign Brady and draft a QB this year or next to be ready after TB's 2/3 years.

All this circle jerking around, BB calls it right, and gets TB without doing much. Age is the problem, for him. The real Question does BB want him back? Yes, at the Right Price.

From a coaching and scheme stand point I get why this might make sense. Bucs for most of their existence have been dis-organized and not well run. The organization are not winners. It changed a little for a few years, but I don't see Arians as the same as Dungy or Gruden and that only lasted a few years. I just can't take this seriously unless Brady had no other options.

I think his best chance at winning another title is either here or San FrN. But honestly Tennessee is probably real good too, so I picked Tennessee.
I think another thing to to consider...if the options aren’t right and we don’t offer a contract he wants, he could always retire and walk away. I think that would be smart. I think at some point this off season he will start to wonder...do I really want to start all over again...and do I really want to come back to NE under a contract I feel is “not respectful” and throw to Nkeal Harry, an old Edelman and Jakobi Meyers. Do I want that? Do I want to get pounded behind that line and watch Sony Michel get stuffed every other time he handles the ball, or watch passes go off his finger tips like he’s allergic to the football? Or do I want to maybe take my millions and relax for the rest of my life? I think that may enter his mind, despite the stupid Hulu commercial.

Wishful thinking has me voting Patriots but the way Brady has been mum about his desire to stay with the team makes me think he will be gone. Don't care who he goes to if he does since he will then become a player who I'll root against when his team plays the Patriots. I root for the New England Patriots!

I didn't play my best, I know. To leave this franchise with the way 2019 ended is not how I want my last season here to be remembered. I want to come back and finish on a high note!" Unfortunately, nothing has come out of Brady to come even close to this "maybe" answer, so I doubt he has feelings to come back unless he is really being coy about this matter.

When the Tampering period, and FA starts, I see that photo of BB drinking his Orange Juice, when talking about this.

There should be another category..."no idea whatsoever"...I used to think that of course he would be coming back to the Patriots, but not so sure about it now...perhaps it has all been worked out behind the scenes by BB and Brady, and they are keeping it quiet so they can line up their FA moves quietly...
I think Kraft really wants Brady to retire as a Patriot...

The team that makes the most sense for the team and player is the Patriots for more reasons than are worth listing again.
If that doesn't happen I think Brady goes to Vegas. It is a brand new city to the league with a team that has tons of potential. A great o line(maybe the best in football) a great RB, very good 3rd down back. A young defense with talent. They could draft Isiah Simmons and a stud CB in the 1st. Still get a QB and a DT in the 3rd. Trade for Edelman(we wont need him without Brady) and sign a good vet receiver. They could be loaded...
Only problem is they are in KCs division...

Edelman has been a talented and clutch player for the team for the past 10 years. Whoever is playing quarterback for the Patriots next year, whether it is Brady or anyone else, is going to need talented players around him.

Edelman won't be nearly as effective without Brady throwing him the ball imo. They are more in sync than any QB receiver combo I can remember watching. Jules has lost a step and is battling injury. Plus I read here that talent isn't a need in N.E. We have Meyers and Gunner, Lacosse etc...Ryan Tannehil is gonna light it up here mo matter who he throws to. QB's grow on trees.

I don’t see it happening but heck who knows at this point? I don’t think the small market thing matters that much plus it’s not really a small market. Boston is 9th and Tampa is the 12th biggest media market, bigger than Miami. Indy is 25th and Nashville is 28th so if that does matter, they’re way out. It’s just that 70% of the population in Florida is from somewhere else. So there’s not a lot of loyalty to the home teams. Except the Lightning. They sell out every game.

The last time Jules played without Brady, he caught 18 of 23 passes over 3 games (better than 75% completion rate) for 180 yards with Jimmy and the rookie Jacoby throwing (not going to include the game when Jacoby was forced to play with the hand injury and could barely hold onto the ball). I’m reasonably sure Jules can get open and catch the ball even if Tommy isn’t throwing it.
